Los Chankas vs Sport Huancayo: result for April 20, goals, summary and next date

With a double from Carlos López, Los Chankas defeated Sport Huancayo 6-0 at the Los Chankas stadium on Saturday.

The goals of José Manzaneda, Kevin Becerra, Ángel Ledesma and Marlon Ruidías contributed to the victories of those led by Pablo Emanuel Bossi Bonilla.

Ledesma increased the pressure on the visitors seven minutes later, the striker on target with a header to complete a move with López, the goalkeeper unable to stop him despite touching him. Los Chankas’ last goal came twelve minutes before the end, via Ruidías with the help of Diego Temoche.


The Chankas had nine shots on goal, their best goal of the season.



With no wins in five away league games (win 0 draw 1 loss 4), Sport Huancayo is in tenth place with 14 points after 12 games.

The Chankas rise to 11th place with 13 points. Los Chankas added their fourth league win of the campaign.


López reached five in the league season with his two goals, making him the team’s top scorer, as well as the fifth top scorer overall in the league. Becerra scored his first goal in the First Division in his eleventh match of the tournament. With López’s assists, he has six this season, the highest number of goal assists in the league so far this season.


Hugo Ángeles was withdrawn in the 76th minute and Huancayo was forced to make a change.
